The only reasom I was admitting, thoug...S.Rich,<br /> The only reasom I was admitting, though wrongly or preemptively is because I knew Kyle was going to call my argument moral relativism. I DO NOT believe in moral relativism in any form. I just don't believe in relying on one of the Church's documents, unless it is a dogmatic document, in regard to whether EIT's are considered torture. I do believe that Cheney made a sound argument since he outlined the reasoning in his talk for allowing the use of these techniques. I just think Cheney took his oath to protect the American people very seriously and took the Bush administrations lawyers advice in allowing for these EIT's to take place. I really enjoyed seeing your arguments or explanations on Kyles blog. I am a sociology major and have only studied philosophy on a miniscule scale. My arguments have more to do with my concern for U.S. citizems' safety, my heart, my beliefs, and my logic than any Church teaching regarding torture or EIT's.<br /><br />I hope that you might take a look at my blog.
